Deputy Headteacher job summary

The Deputy Headteacher will work with the Headteacher to deliver overall strategic leadership and, with others, lead and develop the strategic direction of the school. Operationally, the Deputy Headteacher will help to develop, implement and evaluate the school’s practices and ensure resources are efficiently and effectively managed.

We are looking for a Deputy Headteacher at Highfield Ely Academy who will:

Be an inspirational leader who has demonstrable experience of working with pupils with a range of complex needs, curriculum development and delivery.

Share our ambition for every child to achieve their full potential regardless of the complexity of their needs, in addition to having:
