Family Worker Assistant job summary

We are looking for family worker assistants to work to support families within the context of individual School Plan, to support the delivery of family learning activities and, as directed to work with all appropriate services to support children and young people’s participation in school and outside of school. Please also see attached our School Description and Job Description for more information.
