What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking to appoint a dedicated and passionate teacher to join Team Reedley as a class teacher in Key Stage 2.

We are looking for:

A passionate teacher who uses a variety of effective strategies to motivate, challenge and support all children to achieve
An enthusiastic, creative and reflective classroom practitioner
Ability to form and maintain positive relationships and to inspire children
An ability and willingness to adapt learning to meet the needs of all learners
A nurturing and understanding approach to supporting the social and emotional wellbeing of all children
Enthusiasm and commitment to working as part of a dynamic staff team
A desire to make a difference and the determination to achieve this
Dedication and commitment
A sense of humour
Recent experience of working in KS2, which includes placements

ECTs are welcome to apply as are more experienced teachers.
