What skills and experience we're looking for
- Experience of SEND teaching across the primary age range
- The ability to lead school improvement initiatives and be committed to achieving high standards
- Effective Communication skills
- A thorough understanding of child protection and safeguarding issues
- The NASENCO Qualification
- The ability to lead and manage a team
