  • Able to effectively analyse pupil progress and attainment to inform decision making, school improvement and curriculum planning.

  • Understanding of effective curriculum pedagogy and current evidence based around this.

  • Committed to inclusion at all levels and be able to demonstrate this in everything that they do.

Grange is a one form entry Primary School in Felixstowe, and joined Orwell MAT in November 2018. Staff work closely together,and have access to a range of CPD opportunities provided through the school and the Trust. The school grounds are extensive, with an area for Forest Schools, and the school is not far from the beach!
