What skills and experience we're looking for
CELT is seeking to appoint two Lead Practitioners for Maths to support the work of the Mathematics Department and at whole school level to raise standards of student attainment and achievement by developing and enhancing the teaching practice of others. Lead Practitioners will support the work of the Mathematics Department and Raising Standards Team to effectively evaluate the impact of and strategically plan for improvement in the quality of pedagogy across the school, particularly KS4 students.

We are hopeful that this award will assist us in continuing to develop the learning environment for all our students and staff. It is a long term project which will help us to deliver our vision for excellent education in the local area.
